Peanut butter, raspberry jam and sour cream on graham crackers

Bread with cottage cheese

Take some whole wheat bread of medium to light consistency, and spread cottage cheese over it. Then take some ready-made pasta sauce (use your favorite,) and spread that on top of the cottage cheese. This goes well with some nice, spicy tea like Masala, Bengal Spice or Rooibos.

Sardines with feta cheese

Croissants with butter, sour cream and cinnamon

Here’s another of my favorite snacks: croissants with butter, sour cream and cinnamon. The preparation is quite simple. Slice the croissant in half, spread butter inside, sour cream on top of the croissant, then sprinkle cinnamon. I prefer to use organic ingredients. Enjoy!
